What started as a one-man-band operation with the mission of creating mighty impact from small means, looks a little different these days.
One Four has grown a small but mighty collective of like-minded core collaborators, bringing together the perfect team for each bespoke project. Allowing flexibility to remain agile for small and intimate projects, or crew up for large-scale productions.
From the make-up to the shake-up, the dynamic may have changed, but the bootstrapping mentality and unified vision remain the same.

Tom is an award-winning film and television specialist with a passion for crafting meaningful stories with immersive production.
A “jack of all trades and master of none” - Tom’s roots are planted in documentary and factual television, where he’s developed, created, and distributed original entertainment to the likes of TVNZ, Travel Channel, Apple TV, and more. He’s also produced full-service campaigns - from TVC to social - for some of Aotearoa's biggest purpose-led brands, government entities, and non-profits.
Outside of work, you’ll likely find this nature nerd camper-vanning, surfing, and hiking his way around Aotearoa and beyond - forever in search of the best cuisine, craft beer, creative culture, and a good old yarn to tell.
